Doctor's diagnosis, treatment & behaviour are EXCELLENT. I'll always be grateful to her.
The waiting time to see the doc & for medicines which was previously horrible, had improved considerably for past few months. However, the practice of letting the patients of special category see the doctor first while the patients of general category waiting irrespective of their serial number, should be addressed. This system needs to be changed.

My mother Smriti Roy is a patient of Dr Ruma Bhattacharya from 10.08.2023. Her right nose and right maxila are affected with a big tumor. The tumor operated by Dr Anirban Sengupta on May 2017 but the tumor relapsed in 2019. We tried our best but no doctor both homeopathy and allopathy could not cure her and her hemoglobin below down level and three times giving her blood and her life going to risk.
Then one of my friend gave me this Doctor's phone no and we began going to Doctor and her treatment improved my mother's condition after 2 months and the tumor became small. My mother also had trouble breathing properly and that problem is also gone after two months.We are very much obliged to Doctor.
